We want you to love your Zenkō Pro device. If you’re not completely satisfied we’re here to help.
Returns
∙ You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
∙ Item must be unused and in original packaging
∙ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
∙ Once we receive your return we’ll inspect it
∙ If approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
∙ Refund goes back to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
∙ If your item arrives damaged email us immediately at zenkoprohealth@gmail.com
∙ Include photos of the damage
∙ We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Wrong Item Received
∙ Email us at zenkoprohealth@gmail.com within 7 days
∙ We’ll make it right immediately
